MagicDoor participated in the Naked City networking event in Las Vegas this month, once again coming away with new beta clients.

We also signed up to sponsor the Texas NARPM conference in September, where we will be introduced to hundreds of property managers, marking our entry into the Texas market. With the addition of a new sales rep this month, we are making great connections in the industry and building a healthy pipeline of future clients excited about MagicDoor.

We onboarded our first Florida client this month, officially serving clients on both coasts. We are grateful to our beta clients who continue to confirm the value of our platform.

With their help, we have identified and implemented a few minor tweaks to improve the user-friendliness of our technology. We are happy to announce that our team has expanded with a backend engineer, previously from Google and Amazon, to accelerate feature deployment. We are on track for a full market rollout at the end of August and are confident in our revenue projections.

On the product development front, things are moving quickly. In June, we launched two new AI chat features designed to clarify messages from tenants and vendors.

Additionally, our AI can now detect maintenance requests from chat messages . This paves the way for our next major AI enhancement: a feature that will automatically handle the entire flow of maintenance requests. Soon, property managers will only need to approve vendor bills after the work is completed, significantly streamlining the process.
